| Don't know what this is - need ID Hi,
I am getting these white things along the back part of my tank. They look like mini tube worms without the feathers,.. each one are curled up in a circle with mini-hairs protruding out of there sides. The are about 1/8 or 1/16th in size. Any ideas what this might be? is it help for my tank? _________ Perfecto 90 Gal with megaflow overflow, 110lbs LR(mixed), 130 lbs LS, Turboflotor 1000 multi, megaflow sump, magdrive 1800 ghp pump, lighting: 2x250 MH 14K, 4X54 T5's, Auto topoff system. | they are Spirorbid worms and are related to the bristle worm! They are filter feeders and are harmless in a reef tank though they do consume calcium, thus possibly decreasing your calcium level in your water! _________ 125gal.w/Mag9.5 return(dual megaflow)>Mag7 pump Aqua Cev180skimmer.Wave2k Hamilton Reefstar(2)250watthqi(mh)pend.a Yellow, Naso Tang Red Lip Blenny Percula Clown Demoiselles Niger Trigger F.
