 |  coral care sheets
Heya all... I just want to let everyone know about the ASIRA website. At the moment, its first goal is to get printable coral care sheets out to all the LFSs (to print and pass out for *free* to new or old customers). The care sheets were written with substantial guidance from several respected, long-time aquarists, including Tim Hayes and Bill Hoffman (of the Smithsonian national aquarium in Florida). I'm hoping that the care sheets will help remedy (at least in part) the problem so many LFS managers/owners face of having largely uneducated employees that rarely stay with their stores long enough to learn as much as they need to in order to really help their customers. It's simply unreasonable to expect LFS managers/owners to personally educate every one of their employees when there are such high turn over rates. So I think the idea of having free printable care sheets to go with the purchase of any coral has been a long time coming. Anyway... enjoy: www.asira.org - Coral Care Sara |
