Default Can I add live rock while tank is still cloudy from sand?

I just added some live sand that I bought with my live rock. Both came from an established tank. But the sand is pretty fine and the water is still cloudy from the sand. I have the liverock in a bucket with water, heater, and powerhead. But i would like to add the live rock to the tank now and just maybe blow the sand off later if it won't hurt anything.
