| You would add a maxijet 600 pump, you would be replacing it with the current one on the left chamber. Thats a mod that many people have done to improve the flow. The they add a hydor deflector to the tip of the nozle to make the water come out in a semirandom motion. Now this wont mess up your cycle. And no it wont kill any of your fish as long as you give it a nice wash with Tap water to remove any possible fabrication oils and debris. |

| Squirt - how long has this cube been set up? Many times when you first fill a tank you'll have bubbles all over the place from filling it but they should dissipate with water movement. Is the return piping exposed to the air at all? If there's a joint that isn't tightly seated it's possible it could be sucking air.

It's ok to be crazy - just don't let it drive you NUTS!!! JB |

| the pump that is shooting the water back into the tank is called a return pump, the tubes connected to that pump is called the return piping. If we can find cured live rock rubble, then it really dont matter when its added, remember only a lil amount is gonna be needed. Filter floss should be good to go whenever you can get it. And the we shall find out how to fit some activated carbon if were gonna replaced the cartridge. |
