Default Bruises

I have a new 125g tank that I just added 5 fish to. 2 false perculas and 3 green chromis. One of the green chromis died on the second day. after he died he had purple fins. He didn't have these when he was alive. one of the other chromis has what looks like to me bruises on his sides. He is eating and swimming like normal. I'm just concerned about the discoloration. The fish that died never really came out from behind the rocks. I figuired I lost him to stress.

ammonia 0
nitrite 0
nitrate 5.0
ph 8.2
gravity 1.022

125lbs sand 70lbs lr
prizm pro
ecbo jagger heater (temp 80)
1200 maxie jet
aqua king hob

Any ideas if there is anything to worry about? thanx

Adding 5 fish at the same time is never recommended. I would say 1 a month is a good rule of thumb.
I would also say stress or a problem that existed already.
I would have to say your SG is on the low side for a Reef tank.
I would start to try to slowly bring it up to 1.026

Your specific gravity is fine for a fowlr. Monitor your ammonia and keep an eye out for anything that spikes. Be prepared to do a water change IF necessary. I really don't think you have a problem. Just enjoy your fish and take some readings every now and then. Invest in a halfway decent test kit.
