| Back into the salt tank again. It's been 7 years since I had my last salt tank. Some things just seem to pull you in.
My brother-in-law moved from Texas and brought his tank down. Since he does not have the room, and I do, I now own the tank.
He started the tank, when I was not home. The tank info is in my sig. I thought I would post some pics of the tank. The tank has not cycled yet, but that's because the two damsels have been in the tank for only a couple of days (4 days).
I am going to be replacing the 50/50 13 watt bulb with a CF retro kit in the next few weeks ($$$$$). After that, I should have 30 watts of light in the tank. I am not going to be doing corals, or anything like that. Not until I can afford a long tank....the tall tank makes life a little tough. I have one of the damsels in a breeder net, until the tank cycles, and then I will return him to the fish store.
Here are my pics, comments (good or bad) are welcome.

| Re: Back into the salt tank again. Matt,
I will not be upgrading the lighting for a little while. I "might" try corals, but I am not sure at this point. I will keep things as they are right now.
The little RIO power head is damn quiet. Actually the entire tank is quiet. The RIO 90 is smaller than a pack of cigarettes. I was thinking it's was tiny. I will look at the MajiJet's this weekend. I thought the rock was cool also, since the tank is in the kitchen, you can see from almost all sides....
