i belive you could add alot more water to your sump in the pics it looked low you could raise the bottom tray and have alot more room just my 2 cents im sure it would quiet down the water noise alot

Hi All, Thanks for the advice so far. I am going to make some changes that you suggested Matt with the prefilter and I am going to move the bioball crate up about 4 inches so I can get more water in the tank. I am a firm believer in using these bioballs at least another couple of months. If there is anything else you can think of let me know. I will keep you posted with pics as my tank moves forward. I will use this thread.

Just thought I would add my two cents about the RO DI water filter mentioned. Not that you may have a problem with algae growth after your tank matures but I had an awful problem with it until I installed the filter. Major difference. Algae blooms disappeared and tank has never been better.

Pro clear aquatics 75 wet/dry, Aqua C remora pro skimmer(in sump), 2 power heads,Coralife 260W power compact w/moon lights, 2 domino damsels, 1 yellow tang, 1 clown, open brain coral,2 pink condi anenome, candy cane coral, a long and a short tentacled plate coral, colt coral, rock anenome, 2 lettuce nudibranch, camelback and peppermint shrimp, orange tree sponge, orange linkia star, deep sea yellow gorgonian, assorted reef cleaners, 2 feather dusters.
