;DSoooo when I got my ltp my lfs said to put it on a small piece of pvc while it is aclimating to keep the sand from getting around it... can I now put my ltp on the sand? It is definately aclimated, but is there any risk of killing the coral if it is put on the sand bed? I heard bad stuff can happen if the sand gets on the coral too much... Any advice.... also if anyone has any experiance keeping ltpcs it would be great if you could give me some tips on keeping it happy and healthy!! Here are some pictures of it!!;D Thanks!!

As long as you have no gobys that go around throwing sand everywhere on the corals then it will be okay on the sand..I keep all my LPS on the sand..They dont mind the sand as long as its not getting covered by it.
