geekdafied Giant Squid Join Date: Oct 2006 Location: TN Age: 31 Posts: 3,609 Karma: 4533	thats just the type of rock it is. The common name for it is lacerock. If Im not mistaken, lace rock is calcium carbonate or something similar. It effect ph overtime in a good way.
