If your tank is running good I would do what Otty did, do a water change in your tank big enough to fill the tote with your own water, should have all the bacteria needed to seed the rock. In fact, I got about 40 lbs of rock in my tank from Otty that was completely nuked base rock that he cured with water from his own tank. You should see it now!!
