Why not use dry base rock if you are in Fl ? Its like 10.00 a ton and any rock you find in Fl. is old reef . I have a friend in the Keys and he supplies many retailers with L/R (: he leases water area from the State and Fed's and harvest it like anything else Buys the base at the Quarry and takes it out and rotates it with the older seeded stuff out with the old and in with the new . He won't use it but will sell it (:
