| A Quick Q About Adding Lr I just added about 10lbs of cured LR to my 9yr old system. Is my system gonna go through a small cycle, I dont remember. Sorry for the dumb Q, but my mind isnt as sharp as before. | If the rock is already cured I wouldn't worry about it. 9 years, wow. Sounds pretty established to me!

| If it's not cured you might see a small cycle. Either way keep an eye on it. Test now as a baseline.

| your tank cycles daily with feeding. its the amount of both peak swings that will throw off a tank. will your tank cycle, yes. should it be a problem, i dont think so depending on how your system is set up. is the rock bleached? if so there is nothing to cycle.
