Default live rock critters

Hello all,
while getting up this morning (early) I noticed several small creatures crawling on the live rock. The main lights were out, so they were kinda hard to see, but they looked like little insects and they were moving pretty fast. Lights on, they are gone. Is this something to be alarmed about?
Thanks

They are prob a type of copepod and are very good for the tank.
If you do a search ( upper left of page) for Copepod you will find a number of threads that have info about them.

Tim - they sound like pods to me. They are beneficial to the system, as they will eat up detritus. Great sign.
