I agree with the cyano part but not with the bubble algae (valonia) part. It is something that needs to be dealt with as soon as possible as it can get out of control.

I have seen bubble algae with a green and a silver appearance.

They are air bubbles and transparent and aren't attached to brown goo....just there, slightly bigger ( more defined )than regular bubbles that I have seeing in the past.
