Not sure how to post a pic but I like an island type look. I've got 3 islands in my tank: one on each end and one in between off set to one side so it forms a valley between it and the closest island. The rock is stacked up rather than out or length wise. Kind of like 3 mountains. That way the sand sifting critters have plenty of sand and I avoid the wall look which I personally don't like. If you place ledge in the mountains or islands at various heights it gives you spots to place different corals or anenome's. Some fish also like to hang out on top of or under the ledges. Good luck.
