Hey this is what I did with my rock. I just made one cave and one kind of horse shoe shape that slopes from front to back. I then made sure to put rubble at the base and in small holes to give it a more put together look. I am leaving room to add more corals later. Good luck with your tank

This was the aquascaping in my 24, but then I tore it down for rocks to put in my new 40.



This is the aquascape in my 40 now. I liked the separate island look with a trench in the middle leaving a lot of sand area. This is the best I could get it. Its only about 30lbs of live rock, so all the extra, I dumped into the sump.

I also liked the idea of having some kind of platform cliff kind of thing, as you can see from the rock work in my 24 and somewhat in the 40
