Default Whew...

Woke up this A.M to find remains of my cleaner shrimp in large anemone.

Of course felt bad, till the shrimp showed up couple of hours later nice and shiney from new molt.

Wonder how anem came up with shell...

Oh, the things we have to worry about ...

My shrimp has 'died' about 5 times now. It's amazing how he gets me every time. I'll come in and view the tank in the morning during 'reef worship' and see the husk and generally break down into the whole "Oh God, why?!" routine until he crawls out of his cave waving his antennae around and looking at me like "What's your issue?". Gotta love that moronic feeling when you realize that you've been mourning over a molted shell.

Cross shrimp DNA with that of a "9-life" feline and you'd have a cat that molts.
