Don't do any more water changes for a week or two then test your water again. I guess we're all newbies in here to a degree. The only pro in all of this is "Mother Nature" herself.
On average a cycle will last 4-6 weeks (give or take). During this period you should leave the water alone and let the cycle complete itself.
