Weird small little slugs. Help Identify!

    There are these very very small little brown slug looking things all over my sand and my glass. Not sure what they are! When I move my magfloat by them they try to get away. What are they? Are they bad news?

    Flat worm. you can try flat worm exit. My flat worms disappeared on their own.
