Default Tiny coils

Hey everyone!

Just a quick little question...

I have several of these tiny coils on the glass of my tank. I can't take a pic of them because they are smaller than a pin head, but it looks like there are small "feelers" on the end of these white coils. Any ideas about what they could be?
