Default Time for a Anemone?

Hi,
Its been 6 weeks now since i started up my 55 gallon and all cycleing & water parameters are in check, can somebody please tell me am i able to add a anemone yet, i have 312watt of t5 over a 20" deep tank,?

That's how long I would recommend you wait. They really need a mature, stable tank and at 6 weeks, yours still has a ways to go before it's considered to be either.
