| Strawberry Crab- Your Opinion Hello All....I have a 20g FOWLR and looking for a true crab, I dont feel either the sallylightfoot nor the emerald crab are for me, but I came across this beautiful strawberry crab that only gets about 1-2 inches....I might in the future purchase some mushroom corals, maybe feather dusters of polyps...MAYBE....does anyone have any experience with these crabs. The info from the supplier is not very detailed, saying they are great for every situation....I have 2 fireshrimp, turbo snails, hermits and will soon be getting a few non aggressive fish...what is your take on it? |

| I would be very wary of any crab you put in your tank. Crabs are very unpredictable and may develop an appetite for snails, hermits and small fish.
I've had mixed success with emarld crabs. One ate only algae and uneaten food, my other got big and started eating my snails and my 3" long queen conch. _________ 75g reef with Nova Extreme 8 bulb HO T-5 lighting, refuge, Remora skimmer, DSB, Seio powerheads, Acro's, LPS corals, assorted zoo's & mushrooms, Yellow Tang, Maroon Clown, Blue Cleaner Goby , Cleaner, Fire and Sexy Shrimp, Coco Worm, T.Crocea Clam, Derasa Clam
