Default snail question

Are cortez and mexican turbo snails the same? I see that the mexican turbos are from the sea of cortez. I just wanted to make sure I was buying the right snail. My LFS has cortez turbo snails.

I ended up going to a shop I trust and they had the mexican turbos. I may stop by the other place to see what these cortez snails look like. I asked for mexican turbo snails and they ordered cortez. I just wanted to make sure that I got the right ones.

I have a "Mexican" turbo snail. At least, that's what the LFS called it. The snail is large, like other turbos, the shell has an alternating pattern of light and dark, like a snakeskin. The body of the snail is creamy white. The snail is only active at night.
I had two other turbo snails. Their shells were greenish-gray and their bodies were dark gray.
