| | Aiptasia Anemone | judging by the shell's shape and your description, i would say it's a red footed conch (opeatostoma psuedodon). the other is a soft leather, the way the branches are growing i'd guess it's a sinularia variety but it could also be a medusa coral (sphaerella sp.). hth. _________ |

| Good, someone else has a conch. Stupid me, I got it at the petstore, and it was attatched to another snail. Well, bought them both, got them home, the other snail was dead, and "Slirpy" (Mom named him) zips around the tank looking for a friend. Then his name is "Hannibal" (I re-named him)
Hope yours doesn't try to take out the snail population.

| most Conchs make good additions to a reef tank the only thing is they are somewhat clumsy and tend to knock things over. Also, most get very large!!! Usually they tend to keep to themselves, however, they will attack other conch's especially. _________ 125gal.w/Mag9.5 return(dual megaflow)>Mag7 pump Aqua Cev180skimmer.Wave2k Hamilton Reefstar(2)250watthqi(mh)pend.a Yellow, Naso Tang Red Lip Blenny Percula Clown Demoiselles Niger Trigger F.
