It looks like a purple tipped condylactus. Reef safe? It'll sting anything that it can get it's tips on. Which is what any other anemone would do  Good host anemone for a clown fish? No it is not.
Should you keep it? As long as you know what it can do and are willing to live with the consequences, Why not.
