Default Mystery Worm like Thing

Hi Everyone,

Can anybody point me in the right diection on what this creature might be?.
IT grew from nothing on a turbo snail and now is about one inch long, it rides along on its back and casts long strands of silky like substance from the sticking out end, and apears to fish in bits and peices of food in the water. im trying to post a photo soon.

Molymonte,
when I looked at the second picture, I thought it was a small bristleworm because of the bumps running down its side. But, a bristleworm wouldn't stay in one place and is shy of light. Because of the three tentacle-like growths on the first picture, I think it is a type of peanut worm.
