| M.i.a. Hello all im doing a tank change and as im removing the livestock and live rock and such i cant seem to find my blue legged hermits i had 10 of them and cant find even one no shells either does anyone know where t look?

| they burrow..if its the little cleaner kind? also crevices and such even upside down...I wouldn't worry...mine have been around along time....sometimes I see'm then its awhile they are out of site....even my big blue manages to hide for daze.

| well im moving to a new tank and i am going to replace 50 % of the sand and add more live rock so i need to get the little buggers out so i can put them in the temp. home
ive sifted most of the sand and if they are in the live rock thats cool i got them in a q tank as well |

| Depending on how long you've had them, they may have died, been eaten, etc. But yes, they are quite amazing at hiding in crevices in the rock. _________ Kibbles and bits and bits and bites, and bacon and bits and kibbles and bits...... NOT reef safe |

| Ok I have counted 15 of them how and when did they multiply lmao, I couldnt find one of the 10 got everything moved over and now i can count all at once 15 in different spots thats 5 more then i started with SCORE |

| They do reproduce. I had 15, that grew to 25 and they have all disappeared since. I only have empty shells now. They jump into bigger shells too. I watched one at night move from one to another, they are uuuuuugly outside of the shell.
