Talking Ideas for a hermits shell

Herman the giant Hermit Crab in my tank seems to be outgrowing his current shell. It's about the size of one of those blue rubber raquet balls. I got this shell from Petco in a grab bag.
Does anybody have any ideas for a new shell or a place to buy a good sized shell. My house would like to find a Darth Vader Helmet for him to live in or something cool like that!
Thanks - any ideas would be great.

I went to a souvenier shop by the beach and they had huge shells for less than petco and unfortunately was in the mail to Chicago but the Hermit didn't make it it got stuck in the shell.
