    My purple tip sebae is getting smaller..it's mouth is wide open..this happen when I do my water changes..what should I do?:cry:

    It is a dry heat, yeah right !
    Check all your parameters and do small water changes in the future, good luck.

    how long has the sebae been in the aquarium? Have you tried to feed? small piece of silverside or shrimp could help.
    Anemones will open mouth to poop :)

    Nearly about a month..I did try do feed it a few times,but it doesn't even eat it..and now it started to spin it self,something like trying to tie its body..

    Are you sure this is not a Condy Anemone?

    Yeah that looks like a Sebae, a bleached one.

    In that condition it's probably a lost cause unfortunately.

    What type of lighting do you have? Adequate lighting and pristine water conditions may help, but IME once a Sebae gets to that stage they are very difficult to recover.

    Just a normal metal halide lighting..I did checked all of my water parameter..all seems great..so is there any other way I could save it?..my clown fish has already hosting it..:(

    ....anemones host clowns not the other way round, sabeas are one of he hardest nems to keep
