| Nice! Be careful with that big guy as it will fight with the neighboring corals if they are too close to it.

Hahaha..... I think marine fish are stunningly beautiful and always treat my fish , as far as I'm concerned better than or as good as anyone could. Getting a smorgasbord of fresh seafood and vitamin supplements as well as impeccable water conditions. My fish are vibrant, plump and disease resistant . My corals are huge, healthy, growing fast and in my opinion almost overweight . Just letting you know Mr Ragc how I am not ashamed of feeding them Damsels to my cat or trading to the lfs or whatever I care to do with them. As a matter of fact I rate Damsels right up there with sardines. Keep one in your tank for a year and watch them chase newly introduced fish to death like I did and you will agree with me. Remember we are all fish lovers here. If you want to flame someone then go somewhere else to do it. Or at least check out the person to see if he deserves it.
Have a nice day

I am not flaming you, Jay. I don't care how long you've been posting on this site, how fat your corals are, how big your tank is or if you flush your fish or sell them to the LFS. I don't care how many friends you have in the hobby or if you are the head guru of fishkeeping in your sphere of influence. If you really treat fish so well, then you could have found out ahead of time which fish were compatible and you wouldn't have had to submit your other fish to the aggressiveness of the damselfish. The fish cannot change it's nature to please you. It reacts in the way it's DNA programmed it, and has no other choice. You, on the other hand, selected him to be with other fish with which it couldn't get along. The blame is yours, not the damsel's if it was a disaster. I happen to like my damsel and find it's behavior very interesting. He is not in a position to harass or damage any other fish, nor will he ever be, because I will not create those conditions. I am tired of the damsel getting blamed for people's failures to plan ahead, do research, and set the appropriate conditions in their tanks. To use them to cycle a tank and to say you would not be ashamed of feeding them to your cat, which I think you would not do, by the way, is not what I expect from someone who treats fish better than anyone could, as you say you do.
Heck, I don't expect you to apologize to a fish. I certainly don't care, or expect, for you to say anything other than what you have said. I gave up on trying to change the world a long time ago. Go on and enjoy your anemonae, it is beautiful. Just remember that for every fish you don't like there are others in the hobby that like them. When you make the statements you made in your post, we get angry. That's all. |

| Awesome anemone!!!!Those corals that I listed are easy hardy corals...Just becareful with the placement of the Pavona. It has sweeper tentacles(though not long like a Galaxy coral)they are very potent and will sting and probably do some damage to neighboring corals! _________ 125gal.w/Mag9.5 return(dual megaflow)>Mag7 pump Aqua Cev180skimmer.Wave2k Hamilton Reefstar(2)250watthqi(mh)pend.a Yellow, Naso Tang Red Lip Blenny Percula Clown Demoiselles Niger Trigger F.
