food for tubeworm? When is enough?

I have 1 tubeworm from the caribean and 1 christmas tubeworm, what do they eat? They seems to be healthy after beeing 1 month in my tank. I found in a book that they seems to eat "small food particals" but how do I know their is enough food for them in the water?

Id imagine their feather dusters or similiar. There filter feeders. I guess you should feed them phytoplankton or zooplankton.
