| Re: Feed an anemone? Frozen krill or silversides (little fish) or you can use fresh shrimp or other seafood from the market ( I'll steal a few pieces when making my dinner and stash in th freezer) room temperature...I just lay the food in the tentacles and the anemone should do the rest!

| Re: Feed an anemone? Your 18 watts of light are not enough to sustain the photsynthetic needs of your Rose BTA. *36 watts of light in the 10,000K range would be more appropriate, PC or MH preferrably. *The lack of photosynthesis mayl kill the anemone slowly over time. _________ Just tryin to recreate God's perfection in a glass bowl. 20 Gallon Reef W/Live Rock, mated pair of Maroon Clowns, Softies, 110 watts PC 10,000k lighting, and skimmer. |

| Re: Feed an anemone? The light is not more that 4 inches from the anemone though...
Don't you think thats good enough?
There are 2 florescent "U" shaped bulbs: a white and a blue. |

| Re: Feed an anemone? Ive got a thriving Rose BTA under 24 watts of 50/50, but feed regularly with meaty seafoods. ALso my bta is bout 4" from source. High alternating current is best for growth IME. 18 watts may not cut it....im switching to 50 watts soon......craig what does odf stand for...? _________ Yes, tiny has an 11" legspan...... |
