How do you tell the sex of an Emerald Crab? [smiley=confused1.gif]
P.S. And I don't mean when they are haveing at it.

I know how to tell on blue crabs (the ones you catch to eat). On the underside, from the back side of the crab toward the middle of the underside, the males have a skinny "triangle" and females have a much larger and wider "triangle". If I have time later, I'll upload a couple pictures.

Ohh you just took all the fun out of your question!!!!

+2 on the flap shape its the only way that I know of sexing crabs , but keep us posted if you find some new trix.
