Exclamation dwarf hermit vs. RBTA

Hello everyone,
My RBTA seems to be doing ok but I have a dwarf hermit crab that likes to hang out by it. Watching, it seems to be cleaning it, but once the crabby leaves the RBTA's tentacles look more like nubs. The nubs still have some color but the don't seem to grow back. Please help, has anybody run into this before?
Thank you so much.

Wow....at least one person in Seattle has power. I have a bunch of friends up there without any.

I would be concerned that the crab is eating your RBTA slowly. They have exoskeletons and are immune from anemone stings. I would put the crab in your sump.

Yeah power is good! I live near the city so we got power back really fast, we were without it for maybe 12 hours. Thank heaven.

Not a bad idea, I have about five or six dwarf hermit crabs and I think it's only one of them picking on "nipples" (the RBTA). I also have a giant hermit crab "Herman" that doesn't even look at nipples. He ate a good looking clam though and about $100 worth of fish.
Thanks
