Coral Banded Shrimp

So far I am quite disappointed with the shrimp. Have rarely gotton a glimpse of it as it stays hidden behind rock all of the time.

Is it really shy, nocturnal or just getting adjusted to new environment?

I hate to have such a cool looking animal and never get to see it. Harlequins and blood shrimp bad enough.

Good luck man, I only saw mine at feeding time and I had him 2 or so years.

Do you hand feed it shrimp every now and then? I do mine about 1x per week and he knows what's up when I put my hand in the tank!! But he does come out all the time. I love to watch him float/swim from one rock to another!
