i ahve a green carpet anemone, what will they eat? will they eat uncooked unseasoned shrimp at least little chopped up bits?

I'm sure they will. How long has it been in your system? They require a long acclimation period where they expell old water, for water in your system. They need all the energy they have for this process. Feeding expends some of it's needed energy. I have asked questions about carpet anemones here on 3reef for a friend. You should be able to find the info you need. Chopped foods not whole though. Silversides, shrimp all the goodies.
