I personally find it very easy, the only issue is the fact that I have to check it more often but thats not a problem because I am always looking at it so why not take a minute and top it off, test it, drain a gallon and replace it. Out of all my tanks I liked my 10 gallon the best.
I would recommend using a good HOB filter and maybe a small phosphate reactor filled with carbon instead of Phosban to help with the extra waste that the anemone will produce. Foster and Smith have a surface skimming HOB filter that kicks butt. I have 2 of them and am currently running one on my 56 gallon seahorse tank and one on the 15 tall I have set up for my seahorse babies.
