Default BTA trouble

Hey guys I got my first BTA last night. So I turned off my main pump and left one power head on. I left the BTA on some rocks last night and was hoping the would attach by morning. This morning he was sitting on the sand. What can I do t get him to attach to some rock. I know that when I turn on my return pump he will just get swept away. His tenticles have reinflated since last night and are looking bubble like. Any advice would be great.

kb thanks for the suggestion. This morning when I woke up I put him on some rock and he just seemed to take hold. An hour later I turned on the mag9.5 and he has been there for a few hours. His bubble tips have returned. Is that a good sign? One more question, What is the foot print of your ASM skimmer and pump. Space is at a premium in my sump and I am looking for a skimmer. Thanks again.

Be sure to put something over your power head intakes so that your BTA doesn't get sucked into the intake. I read 5 or 6 post on another site last night about it happening. Better to be safe than sorry.
