Congrats!!!! You're going to be a grandma or a grandpa.

You solved the first problem. You already removed the crab to another tank.

Next you're going to need to start dosing live phytoplankton and rotifers. You might want to put a post in Greshams forum here to see if dead rotifers are just as good. http://www.3reef.com/forums/reef-nut...ion-34303.html

Then read this entire page....it has all the info you need. SWCrabReproduction

Hopefully the eggs were fertilized. Did you just buy it from a LFS recently or has it been in the tank by itself for a long time?

I've yet to hear of someone breeding this in a captive system that is not a farm. Good luck, heard it's really difficult to feed the larvae once they hatch.

I just pick it up about 2-3 week ago. last week I notice these orange bubble on the bottom. how to tell if it male or female so I can just get another male to fertilize the eggs from my LFS.

If those are eggs, they're already fertilized. From what I recall, unfertilized crustacean eggs are not big enough to see with the naked eye. (You didn't notice them until now because they were so small!)
You wouldn't want to put a second crab in with momma crab anyway -- you'd run the risk of losing her and her eggs.

See the discussion at
SWCrabReproduction
The third post is about raising pom-pom crabs, who had red eggs like your crab.
