its hard to say really. i heard it depends on whether or not they are tank raised; if they're tank raised i heard that they might not go near one at all. Just depends on the nature of the fish. My false percs haven't shown the slightest inclination of my long tentacle's existence. But, oh well, he still looks neat. You can try googling your question, I found some compatibility websites.

And BTW, make sure you have enough lighting for your size tank ( i think its 3-4 watts per gallon?)..otherwise they'll starve to death. Current is also important, but I hear that some anemones need more than others.

_________

28 Gallon Bowfront
2 False Perculas
1 Long Tentacled Anemone
1 Scarlet Skunk Shrimp
1 Pearly Jawfish

tank raised clowns dont need anemones, sometimes they will every choose to house in corals. one of my black false was rubbing in my little touch. but wild caught HAVE to have an anemone.

really? interesting. I've never heard of clowns NEEDING and anemone. I've heard that they just need a good place to hide. Does it vary by the species of clown also?
