oops. misread one of your posts ;p

Well, for chemical filtration, kinda depends hat you are looking to do. IE: If you are having phosphate or silicate problems, ROWAphos is the way to go. If you're looking to reduce organic waste, polyfilters or chemi-pure filters work great. If you have heavy metal problems, or need to suck out medication quickly, polyfilters work great. I'm not that large of a fan of carbon, just cause you'll go through it so quickly and you get much better results with other chemicla filters for less money.

RPG,
I currently just rely on the live rock natural filtration and a skimmer.

Have done this for several years.

I am investigating the best price and value of RO Di units (There is a thread under water chemistry) I hope that good water slowly phasing it in once a month on regular water changes will be the answer for a lifetime.

Anemone is doing great now!

The last three days it has been fully inflated. Looking great at about six inches round.

I guess it was just disposing the old water and absorbing it's new environment.

Acclimating. Now my concern is how long will it take to out grow the TANK...

I had to move my Toadstool Mushroom because it moved and was getting a little too close.

I truly appreciate everyones help on this topic.

I wouldn't. Inverts and copper don't get along!

Well guys the Anemone had a good track record for a couple days it stayed inflated, but today it shrunk down again.

I am still nervous that it the beginning of the end.

I have never had any major success with an anemone, so its hard sometime to remain optimistic.

Default Update on Anemone...

Well it's still alive!!!

Really weird that it stretches it's body so much.

Anyone else have a BTA that looks like this.

It has continued to have it's moments were it totally deflates itself and within a couple hours it is full again.

Nice pic. Mine stretches like that too. The Beatles tune, "Good Day Sunshine" plays in my head when he does that.
