Anemone Feeding Question OK so I got this new bulb anemone, which my clown took to immediately! Part of my MONUMENTAL failure at keeping anemones before was lack of lighting, which I now have more than 6WPG, and I never fed them (stupid, I know, but I was naive). Well now I'm doing things a lot different. The lighting is good, the water parameters are good, and the tank is more then 3 yrs old. I got some frozen silversides, and chopped a couple up today, and fed the anemone about six small pieces. Do I just put the pieces in his tentacles? When I did the reaction was MAJOR! He closed up FAST and I only see about 2 pieces left over because my clown knocked them from his grip. I did actually physically see him eat one piece (which was AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!). Is six pieces too many? How often should I feed him (or...it)? Should I aim more toward his mouth or just let him do the work once he grips the pieces? I think I'm doing a couple things right but I always need some reassurance. Any thoughts would be great! THANK YOU EVERYONE! _________ 125 Gal Reef.
