I also used Joe's Juice and it worked great! As Matt said, the bigger ones may need two doses to melt them.

Dont even bother with Joe juice. go out and get some lemon juice boil it up and inject it right into it.

I had a bad majano problem and used elim aptasi by tropic marine I would highly recomend this product you can see the aiptasi starting to die almost instanly

if the joe's juice doesnt work. you might try injecting the white vinegar in them. i had some aiptasia that joe's juice and stop aiptasia would not kill, but the white vinegar did the trick

I have also heard of folks, in tougher situations, where injections did not work, would put a drop of superglue over the aptaisia, if you can get the rock out of the water to do this. It seals over the anemone, killing it.
