Question what worm is this?

Hello everyone..
Well I have just been chill'n out watching the tank mature....learning a bit more about chemistry and making a few mistakes and enjoying my little aquatic world.....all part of the hobby.
Well, I had to go in and remove a bunch of rock and such to remove a renagade yellow tang...would'nt leave the purple fire fish alone
so.....
when I removed the largest rock that was deeply imbedded in the crushed coral....this is what I found...should I throw it out...throw it in...or eat it?

just a touch of wasabe and some wild rice...ummmmm.

Thanx in advance,
Tim

I would put it back in the tank. These guys continuously burrow in the sand & this helps keep the sand from compacting. They are detrius eaters. Just make sure that you dont handle them too roughly as they have a lot of bristles that get into your skin very easily.
