Question What are these little buggers?

I just noticed these in my 30 gal. Very fast, but not fast enough for my big emerald...seen him munching on one this morning.
never seen them before ..but now looks lke they ae all about.
I caught this one and some others look more silver?..or clear?
I did shake up my tank agaiin moveing it over to make room for my 55...everytime I move it,,something else comes out !!
They kinda look like a shrimp...???
LG
