what is this!!! pods??

Hello great reef community,

So I thought I didnt have any pods only spaguetti worms and few bristle worms but since 2 weeks I began seeing this things in the glass and they seem to be multiplying. I did my research and figured its some kind of copepod, however they dont move!! I thought pods were very busy creatures, I actually today scrapes a few from the glass and just float around with not respo se at all, what is this!!?

 

Almost looks like pineapple sponges, usually found in sump areas and darker areas of the tank.

Thanks, I do have pineapple sponges in over my snails, one is huge but I didn't thought this could be too

 

They do appear to be pineapple sponges. they usually like places with high flow and low light; there are thousands in my sump.
