| What the @%*$ is that?!?! Hey guys. So I hooked up a power filter to my tank to run phosbuster and when I removed it two days later I found this. Actually two but one was chewed up from going through the blades (it could have been half of this one I can't tell) So anyway can anyone tell me what this is? It is huge and should I keep it or throw it? Also it seems to use half of its "bristles" to try to walk if that helps.
Thank you all. |

| Definetly a briste worm. You have more then you think in your tank. Next time you feed your fish, take a closer look at the food that sticks to the substrate and rock. Chances are you'll see some of these scavenging for food. Or after your lights have been out for a few hours get a flashlight with a red filter on it(crtitters wont see that spectrum) and you'll be surprised on what you'll see. |

| Thank you all. I had just never seen a bristle worm that big before. And that was only half of it. I looked closer and it had been chopped in half. I threw it out. I don't want my corals falling to that big boy.
Karma to you all. |
