Default What is this?

Not exactly sure what this is. Pic is horrible, but its the best i could do with my sisters cam at the time. Could it be a baby feather duster? I have no idea honestly. I never saw it, bc i had the piece of rock in the refugium as LR rubble and decided to tie a frag to it but saw this pop out of it. When a fish swims by it, it quickly goes back inside its hole. It looks like it has a separate tentacle with a suction cup end to block and close its hole off that it lives in.
