Is this a tiny starfish of sorts?

    Any ideas what this is? Is it a starfish of sorts? It comes out at night and is about the size of a dime. It can definitely move, as I dont see it most of the time.

    asterina, and most are harmless. and i mean MOST but very rarely a coral eater will be found.

    Definately an Asterina Star! Good for your tank, and they actually split themselves to make more (asexual reproduction...I believe)! It is pretty cool! You will probably soon be seeing a lot more of those in your tank :p

    haha. Yep. Those things split like crazy! I bet i have about 50 per square inch! It is crazy how many i have of those things!!! lol :p
