Default Strange crab

I caught this very strange crab off a reef in deerfield beach...ive had it a month now and it hasnt hurt anything...today i saw it with a small shell in its claws and i think it might be eating my small hermits...i know this is a stupid drawing of it but i dont have a camera as of now...when i do get a camera i will update this thread check it out

also it is sand colored(white) and does alot of sand sifting if any one has any experience with a crab like this help would be cool because i really like the crab and want to keep it

dont want to sound like the pokemon master but Paras is the hermit crab looking pokemon with shrooms on his back and Paracect is the evolved form with a large shroom on its back!
